How do I contact a librarian?
You can contact a librarian in many ways:
When the library building is open, you can visit the Reference Desk near the entrance on the first floor to get help from a librarian.
Remotely, you can use our online "Ask Us" chat service 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. You can call us during Library hours at 718-960-7765 or email us.
You can also make a research consultation appointment with a subject specialist librarian to help you with in-depth research questions. Click on "Library Faculty" found on this link to view a list of library faculty and their subject specialties.
To report a technical problem, such as a broken database link or problems logging in, use this online form.
