My login to access library resources is not working. What should I do?
First, please check that you are using the correct credentials (CUNYFirst username and password - same for logging in to Brightspace).
Please try the following troubleshooting tips:
- Use a different browser (Firefox if using Chrome or vice versa)
- Clear your cache in your browser (Instructions can be found in this site from another school
- If your credentials work in Brightspace, but not for Library e-resources, change your CUNYFirst password and try to log in again
