First, please check that you are using the correct credentials (CUNYfirst username and password - same for logging in to Blackboard).

Please try the following troubleshooting tips:

• Use a different browser (Firefox if using Chrome or viceversa)
• Clear your cache in your browser (Instructions can be found in this site from another school
• If your credentials work in Blackboard, but not for Library e-resources, change your CUNYfirst password and try to log in again
