I'm having trouble using or accessing Brightspace. Who can I contact?

The Lehman IT Helpdesk provides support for technical questions about Brightspace. All users can email the helpdesk or submit tickets on the Lehman Brightspace page.

Brightspace users (faculty, staff, students) can also call 1-888-895-2511 for toll-free support. 

In addition, the College's Center for Teaching and Learning is making available dedicated pages of for facultu resources and student resources.

Faculty and staff can also learn more about Brightspace on the Brightspace Learning Hub, and via training from Lehman, CUNY support, or guided training from D2L.
